Conservation Area Consent

7 November 2013

The City of Edinburgh Council has granted Conservation Area Consent for the alteration and partial demolition of the site boundary wall at Raeburn Place.

This element of the development plans required a separate planning application as the wall is in a conservation area and so special permission was needed for its alteration/demolition. This was granted on 31 October 2013.

The main consent for the full planning application will be issued once the required legal agreement has been tied up with the Council. This is currently underway.
